Seating and Spacing
Seating will be spaced with the recommended distance between attendees as determined by the venue and its local government.

Food and Beverage
We will be working with the venue to revise how food and beverage services will be provided to minimize exposure/risk.

Physical Touching
While many at the event are vaccinated and/or not concerned about the health risks that physical touch may present, we request that attendees, speakers, staff and sponsors respect a “no-touch” policy at the event and highly recommend washing your hands often to prevent illness. Hand sanitizer stations will be available at The Henry hotel's key points, elevators and meeting rooms.

We encourage you to use the USA Government Website for any updates on COVID-19 and travelling restrictions. Please do check if any Negative COVID-19 tests, vaccine certificate or quarantine is required prior to travelling and if you need Visa to enter the country.
