Armin Hager has been part of the EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems) industry since 2013 and is the founder and CEO of voitas engineering GmbH (Germany), voitas engineering s.r.o (Czech Republic), and voitas North America Inc. (USA).

He started voitas in 2019 with the goal of maximizing efficiency and delivering top-notch engineering services that exceed customer expectations. Under his leadership, voitas has grown into a transatlantic organization with offices in Germany, the Czech Republic, Knoxville (TN), and — as of 2025 — Southfield (Detroit, MI).

Armin’s teams specialize in wiring harness engineering, process automation, and custom tool development, having successfully delivered more than 50 projects for OEMs and suppliers across Europe and North America.

With over a decade of experience in the EDS industry and a proven record of building international engineering capabilities, Armin brings a unique perspective on global collaboration, innovation, and the future of wiring harness development.
