• Since 2022, I have been serving as the Head of Development Excellence at LEONI in Kitzingen. 
• Prior to this role, from 2021 to 2022, I worked as the Sales Manager for Automotive Products at Illinois 
Tool Works (ITW) in Röttingen. 
• Between 2018 and 2021, I held the position of Harness Domain Director at Mentor Graphics, a Siemens 
Company, in Munich.
• From 2014 to 2018, I was the Global Director of Design & Development at LEONI in Columbus, IN, USA. 
• From 2012 to 2014, I led the R&D department for Audi and Lamborghini at LEONI in Neuburg a.d. 
Donau. 
• My earlier roles at LEONI include serving as the Wire Harness Team Leader from 2009 to 2012 and as a 
Wire Harness Development Engineer from 2002 to 2009, both in Kitzingen.
