With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, Robert McClelland has built a career at the intersection of engineering excellence and business leadership. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering as well as an Executive MBA, and has spent the majority of his professional years between General Motors & AutoKabel. At GM Robert advanced through pivitol roles in both Vehicle Development and Quality. In his current role at AutoKabel, he partners with global OEMs to reduce mass and cost in Electrical Power Distribution by leading the adoption of aluminum technologies.

Beyond technical depth, Robert brings a strategic perspective shaped by executive education and hands-on leadership. Whether advancing vehicle programs, refining quality systems, or leading cross-functional teams, Robert continues to drive efficiency and innovation across the automotive sector.
