As a Rivian EDS leader and EV enthusiast, Dmitry is responsible for design quality, continuous improvement of 3D and 2D data, and consistently supporting the team to both innovate and deliver to shortened vehicle development schedules. He has worked on R1T, R1S, EDV, R2 and future Rivian vehicle programs.  

Dmitry’s diverse background of more than 30 years in the automotive industry—encompassing testing, engineering, sales, and leadership—was achieved while earning his B.S. in Industrial Engineering at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He believes that wire harness design and manufacturing are transforming toward automation, and that AI tools and process development are required to support engineers as we must move faster than ever to compete and deliver quality designs.
