Armin Hager has been part of the EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems) industry since 2013 and is the Founder and CEO of aivato (formerly voitas), with operations in Germany, the Czech Republic and North America.

He founded voitas in 2019 with the goal of maximising efficiency and delivering high-quality engineering services that exceed customer expectations. Since rebranding to aivato, the company has expanded its focus to AI-powered engineering solutions while continuing to support customers across the EDS industry. Under his leadership, aivato has grown into a transatlantic organisation with offices in Germany, the Czech Republic, Knoxville (TN) and Southfield (Detroit, MI).

Armin’s teams specialise in wiring harness engineering, process automation, AI-powered engineering solutions and custom tool development, having successfully delivered more than 50 projects for OEMs and suppliers across Europe and North America.

With over a decade of experience in the EDS industry and a proven track record of building international engineering capabilities, Armin brings a unique perspective on global collaboration, innovation and the future of wiring harness development.
